About me

Maciej is responsible for analyses concerning the management of the energy transition process, industrial decarbonisation and climate policy in Poland and the European Union. He evaluates strategic documents, public policies and legal regulations. He participates in projects carried out for public administration, non-governmental organisations and in European projects.

Professional experience

Before joining the Reform Institute, Maciej worked as a senior analyst at Esperis on projects related to the development of Polish energy infrastructure. He also gained experience during an internship in the legal unit of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Energy.

Education

He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Centre for British Law at the University of Warsaw.
