In the second quarter of 2026, ambitious announcements were made regarding support for industrial investments, but these have not yet translated into concrete action. Information on ongoing strategic and legislative work remains limited, and positive changes – such as the new regulations on CCS – are still sporadic. There is also a lack of clear plans to structure the dialogue with industry and to involve stakeholders in the work on the industrial strategy.
