About me

Barbara is responsible for project management, which includes creating schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, and developing, organising and monitoring processes. 

Professional experience

Before joining the Reform Institute team, she gained experience in the non-governmental sector, working with representatives of the administration and business. She managed projects in the field of local development and revitalisation, engaging the private sector in the process of change. She conducted qualitative research, local diagnoses and developed strategies for non-governmental organisations and local development projects.

Education

She graduated in sociology and cultural studies from the University of Wrocław.
