About me

Agnieszka is responsible for the smooth running of the Reform Institute, coordinating the work of the Project Management, Communications, HR and Operation teams. She participates in strategic planning, supervises the implementation of national and international projects, and supports the organisation’s development processes. She is involved in implementing operational improvements and cooperates with the Management Board in implementing the Institute’s strategy.

Professional experience

Before joining the Reform Institute, she worked for Microsoft, where she led projects on the implementation of new technologies in the public sector. Previously, she worked at the World Bank, where she coordinated projects in areas such as energy efficiency and regional development. 

Education

She graduated in Polish Studies and Speech Therapy from the University of Warsaw.
