About me
Bartosz is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Reform Institute’s communications. He shapes the narrative and direction of communications activities and builds the Institute’s visibility and recognition among stakeholders as well as in public debate. Bartosz manages the communications team.
Professional experience
For over a decade, he worked in the third sector as an editor, columnist, fundraiser, and communications manager. He co-authored the Jagiellonian Club reports ‘Green Conservatism’ and ‘The Government Under the Microscope: Ranking of Public Policies 2019–2023’ in the area of environmental policy. As part of the programme team, he co-created the agenda for Krynica-Forum 2024. He has published in Rzeczpospolita and the magazine Pressje, among others, and has commented on political events on the largest Polish news stations.
Education
He studied political journalism at the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations at the Jagiellonian University.
