In it, we analyse the key links between the development of a circular economy (CE) and the implementation of climate policy.<\/h4>\n<p>In light of the update of the National Energy and Climate Plan, there is an opportunity to put in place effective targets and plans for resource management and waste elimination, accelerating the achievement of climate targets.
