The consortium evaluates policy instruments addressing issues such as energy poverty, social protection,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW245511239 BCX8\">labour<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW245511239 BCX8\">\u00a0market transformation, and regional resilience.
