The main\u00a0objective\u00a0of her projects is to formulate and implement a strategic approach in national public policies, considering the perspectives of key actors and existing trends. Her responsibilities include collecting data, conducting analyses,\u00a0writing\u00a0reports,\u00a0and consulting with stakeholders.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Professional experience<\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A researcher experienced in qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Prior to joining the Reform Institute, Monika worked at KPMG in Poland in sustainable development consulting. There, she\u00a0was responsible for\u00a0supporting private sector clients in developing ESG strategies and reports, with a particular focus on social issues. Previously, as a social researcher,\u00a0Monika\u00a0was associated with\u00a0Polityka\u00a0Insight, where she analyzed, among other things, the scope of local government climate policies and conducted training on the political and social dimensions of climate change. As an independent researcher, academic, and publicist, she also analyzed socio-political attitudes,\u00a0labour\u00a0market\u00a0issues\u00a0and social justice. She has been involved in activism for many years and uses her experience in this field as a trainer in activist strategies.
